Local Delivery
Available within 50 miles of Ooltewah, TN. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $49.99.
Standard Shipping
Available across the continental US via UPS Ground. Rate calculated at checkout based on weight.
Express Shipping
UPS 2nd Day Air for urgent orders. Available to most US addresses.
In-Store Pickup
Order online and pick up at our Ooltewah location. We'll have it ready within 2 hours.
Delivery Details
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Large & Oversized Items
Lumber, sheet goods, and items over 100 lbs may require freight shipping. We'll contact you with a custom quote within one business day of your order.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also call us at (423) 414-8926 to check your order status anytime during business hours.
Delivery Area
Local delivery covers the greater Chattanooga area including Ooltewah, Collegedale, Cleveland, Hixson, and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
Most unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Simply bring your receipt or order confirmation.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-cut lumber, mixed paint, special orders, and hazardous materials (solvents, adhesives) cannot be returned. Opened electrical items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
