Our Story
Syndicate Buildwell was founded in 2009 by Stephen Grace, a lifelong construction professional who saw a need for a locally-owned building supply store that could compete with national chains on both quality and price.
Starting with a modest storefront in Ooltewah, Tennessee, we've grown into a full-service construction supply destination serving contractors, builders, and homeowners across the Chattanooga metropolitan area and beyond.
Today, we stock over 15,000 products across lumber, tools, hardware, electrical, plumbing, and paint — all backed by expert advice from our team of industry veterans. We're not just a store; we're your partner in building.
